Requirements

  • Sales experience in Commercial IT products is a must
  • Experience in Data centre hosting service and Virtual environment will be strong advantage
  • Develop competitive & innovative DR product solution for winning contracts and market breakthroughs together with Sales team

  • Navigate potential customer through technical presentation via the phone or on-site visit
  • Sense of responsibility and able to maintain good relationship with customer and co-worke
  • Provide excellent customer service, support and build strong customer relationships by thoroughly understanding customers' needs and matching those with the features, advantages and benefits of Company product/service
  • To handle sales inquiries over the telephone for IT products
  • To update current Account Customer of current IT products promotions and feedback on market competition, pricing and etc
  • To ensure purchase orders are processed and delivered to customer on a timely basis and to prepare quotation to customers.
  • Work and communicate closely with Sales & Services team on weekly sales activity and progress
  • Ensure timely follow up on inquiries and to prepare daily call out report, cold calling to existing Dormant & New Account Customer from Principle/Disty for Promotion & Marketing Event
  • Meet up Customer to build Project for IT Server, Storage, Networking DR, Security, Project
  • Get New Account to get more opportunity and new requirement to generate new sales
  • Propose a better solution based on customer needs and requirement
  • Ensure Monthly Forecast Revenue, GP & Services to meet the expectation
